At Baby Brezza, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
